Return Process

  Log into your Magpie account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
